About Karate Kobudo Experience Tour

Through a hands-on experience of traditional Okinawan Karate and Ryukyu Kobudo, as well as learning about their history and culture, you can immerse yourself in the martial arts and historical background of Okinawa. By practicing basic techniques at a dojo dedicated to Okinawan traditional Karate and Ryukyu Kobudo, you will gain insight into their cultural significance. At the Okinawa Karate Museum and the Okinawa Karate Hall, you will learn more about the historical importance and cultural context of these martial arts. Additionally, by visiting historic sites in Shuri, the birthplace of Karate, you will experience how Okinawan martial arts were formed and developed over time. The tour also offers the opportunity to enjoy traditional Okinawan cuisine and local specialties such as awamori, allowing you to experience the unique culture of the region.
