List of COVID-19 Countermeasures
1. Correctly understand the modes of transmission of COVID-19 and diligently take preventative measures.

COVID-19 has been confirmed to be transmitted in the 2 following ways.
 (1) Inhaling droplets expelled by an infected person.
 (2) Touching the eyes, nose, or mouth after touching an infected person or after touching a surface or object contaminated with droplets from an infected person.
 
 If you understand these 2 modes of transmission you can easily reduce your risk of infection.
 By understanding how to deal with COVID-19 beforehand and taking countermeasures, you can enjoy the bus tour with peace of mind.
 
2. Regarding COVID-19 transmission prevention measures taken by our company (2nd edition: May 25, 2020 to August 31, 2020)
[1] Basic Measures
 ☑ The temperatures of our tour conductors and bus drivers are taken before starting work.
 ☑ Our tour conductors and bus drivers consistently and thoroughly disinfect their hands.
 ☑ Our tour conductors and bus drivers wear face masks.
 ☑ Hand sanitizer dispensers are installed at the entrance of and throughout the bus.
 ☑ The inside of the bus is regularly ventilated and disinfected.
 ☑ The number of passengers is restricted to less than half of the seating capacity of the bus.
 ☑ A certain amount of space is maintained between seats.
 ☑ Tour participants are actively requested to wear masks.
 ☑ The health condition of tour participants is checked.
 ☑ Records are kept of tour participants' contact information and seat location.
 ☑ We endeavor to improve the hygiene knowledge of our staff.

[2] More Specific Measures
(1) Methods for participants to prevent transmission

 1 Measures to prevent overcrowding
  -Choose a seat that is an adequate distance away from other passengers.
 2 Entry restrictions for those with fevers or other symptoms
  -Those with symptoms such as fever, cough, headache, etc., will not be allowed to participate in the tour.
 3 Other measures being taken
  - Those who have been to infected areas or countries in the past 14 days will not be allowed to participate.
  - All tour participants will be requested to wear a face mask.
  - Thermometers will be placed in our buses and if necessary we may ask to take your temperature.
(2) Ventilation & disinfection measures in the bus
  - While the bus is on standby all of the windows will be opened for ventilation.
  - Areas that come into contact with many people will be disinfected accordingly. In particular, we will pay special attention to and diligently disinfect areas of frequent contact.
  - We will ask participants to disinfect the audio guide receivers and other equipment after usage.
   Additionally, after the end of each tour the tour conductor will conduct additional disinfection.
(3) Social distancing measures
 1 Measures to prevent infection through contact
  - The seating will be arranged so that passengers are not seated directly in front of or behind other passengers and so that there is as much space as possible between neighboring passengers.
 2 Measures to prevent infection through droplets

  - When giving instructions or making announcements tour conductors will leave a space of at least 1 meter between themselves and participants.
(4) Other basic transmission countermeasures
  - Trash containing saliva, etc. should be put into a plastic bag, sealed, and then put into a trash bag.
  - Staff will disinfect their hands after removing face masks and gloves.

[3] Other Original Transmission Countermeasures

  - In order to avoid unnecessary contact, we will request that 1 representative from each group make payment and pick-up the entrance tickets at the same time.
  - The number of passengers will be restricted to less than half of the seating capacity of the bus.
  - We will endeavor to improve the hygiene knowledge of staff.
  - Records will be kept of tour participants' contact information and seat location.
