Cancellation Policy

Please read the following information carefully and insure that you fully understand it.The cancellation policies are as follows:

In case of cancellation or change, please notify us immediately. Contact the staff in charge of your file directly during regular business hours. You can cancel the reservation at any time. Charges apply depending on when you cancel in accordance to the cancellation policy below.

Tours include accommodations - Cancellation policy A

If notice of cancellation is received by Jumbo Tours after day of departure, or in case of failure to show without notice 100% of the tour fare

Optional Tours, Local tours & Activities - Cancellation policy C

NOTE

** Refunds will only be issued by bank transfer or credit card . Please understand that refunds procedures after the issuance of tickets may take an extended amount of time. It is policy for the customer to pay the handling fee for the bank transfer or credit card. Refunds will take different periods of time for completion depending on the airlines or the types of tickets.

** If a client fails to pay for the tour fare by the designated date, Jumbo Tours will assume the client has canceled on the following day, and the cancellation charges specified above will apply.

** If a client cancels an Agent-organized tour contract the above cancellation rates will apply to the tour fare. Clients remaining in the tour will incur the balance of additional per room costs associated with the change in number of participants.

** Please be aware that the bank transfer fee or credit card fee is in addition to the above charges.

** We require the unused tickets to be sent or brought back to our office. If you loose the ticket or cannot get it back to Jumbo Tours, the total fare of the ticket (s) will be charged.

** When several airlines are used and connecting flights are failed to be met due to problems with one or more of the airlines, Jumbo Tours cannot take responsibility for such cases.

** Jumbo Tours can not refund for partly used tickets. i.e. unused flights(sectors)

** If you do not use the next/return tickets, it will automatically be cancelled with no refund.

1. Cancellation by client
1) When the client leaves the tour group, Jumbo Tours will consider it a forfeit of contracted rights and claims to any refund.
2) If certain services cannot be provided as promised in the Travel Contract for reasons beyond client responsibility, relevant portions of the contract may be canceled, with an appropriate refund deducted from the total tour fare.

2. Cancellation by Jumbo Tours
Jumbo Tours may cancel the Travel Contract for tours after the departure date in the following cases:
a) When the client is unable to continue the tour owing to illness or other factors.
b) When the client seem to disturb the order of collective activities of tour participants by negligence of instruction from tour conductor or violent deeds or menace towards these people or those accompanying them, which otherwise jeopardizes safety, sooth tour operation.
c) When the tour cannot continue owing to natural disaster, weather conditions, civil unrest, labor disputes, suspension of services by transportation or accommodation facilities, governmental orders, or other causes beyond Jumbo Tours control.
