From the middle of December mother and child humpback whales, the biggest mammals in the world, will come close to the subtropical sea near Okinawa. They will stay at around the sea of Kerama islands until the beginning of April for breeding and bringing them up.
The humpback whales will grow up to 19m body length with the body weight of 60t.
It's really impressive to recognize their dynamic performance and a lovely child swimming closely along with a mother in the vast ocean.

The secret of finding them is to see their blow. Who's the first to find it?

1. Morning departure and afternoon departure available for your option (The tour takes about 3 hours.)
2. The boat with less motion and a great stability. Recommend to family members with children.
3. The tour guide, Dr. Whale, will give you very interesting information by using a special microphone. (*Japanese speaking guide only)
4. You may hear the voice of whales. Japanese guidebook about whales and their behavior.
5. There is a pick up service from your hotel in the Naha area to the port. Please inform us your hotel name when you book a tour.

-Although the chances of encountering whale are high, please note that there is no 100% guarantee as they are wild creatures.
-The tour may be cancelled due to the weather conditions.
-Recommend to wear Warm and preferably water-proof clothing and shoes.
-Winds may be very strong on the ocean and you feel much colder.
-For your own safety, recommend not to wear high-heeled foot wears as cruse boat will be rocking often.
-Recommend to get a preventive medicine for seasickness before getting on board.
- A pregnant lady will not be accepted to get on board.

*Criteria of encountering whales*
Among customers in case only one of them recognizes blowing of a whale or finds a dolphin, the paid money won't be refunded. (Dolphins are closely related to whales.)
