Charter Policies
・Must obey commands from the Skipper and Crew
・You will be responsible for any boat gear that you break or lose
・You will have 3 days to claim any gear that you may have left on the boat
・You are entitled to all the fish that you catch
・Fish byproducts from cleaning are boat property
・You may bring your own fishing gear but may be restricted to one rod depending on available space.
・Rental trolling rods will have priority on trolling spaces. Up to 4, except on trolling charters where 8 may be used
・No drunkenness or sale of alcohol is permitted
・The first aid kit will only be accessed by the Skipper or Crew
・Practice good fishing courtesy
・Children 12 and under must have parental / adult supervision at all times
・Put all trash into the trash bins, and do not throw trash into the ocean
・Juvenile fish will be released
・All funds will be paid in full prior to departure

Refund Policies
・Charters that are unable to leave port due to inclement weather will be rescheduled
・Clients who are unable to reschedule because they are leaving the island are entitled to a full refund. Proof required
・Charters that are cancelled by clients within 72 hours of the departure time are not entitled to a refund of any monies paid
・Rescheduled charters that are cancelled by the clients or charters cancelled by clients prior to the 72 hour deadline, will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% from the required $400 deposit. Any other monies paid will be refunded.
・Clients who have purchased individual seats and elect to cancel prior to the 72 hour deadline, or choose not to reschedule, will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of any monies paid, and the remainder will be refunded
・Clients who miss the departure time are not entitled to a refund
・Clients who are obviously inebriated at the departure time, will not be allowed to board the vessel(s), and are not entitled to a refund
・Charters that are terminated due to client misconduct will not be refunded
・If no fish are caught on a fishing charter, all monies will be refunded in full!

Liability
・You are responsible for you. You may not hold the Captain or Crew of the boat liable for any injuries, loss of property, or loss of life. You agree to this by putting your name on the manifest and boarding our vessel(s).
・You are responsible for any children age 12 or under that you bring onboard our vessel(s), and will be held liable for their safety, wellbeing, and conduct. They must wear a life vest at all times.

Guarantee
・If no fish are caught on one of our fishing charters, we will refund all monies paid for that charter!
