We are pleased to announce that Jumbo Tours is awarded a prize in International Operator category in The Friends of Thailand Awards 2013. The Friends of Thailand Award is the award by The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) for companies or indivisual who contributed the public relations of Thailand. The award is holding every 2 years and considered to be a very important award for Thailand tourism since this drive a big number of tourist to Thailand from all over the countries.

CEO Tanimura was invited to the reception ceremony in Bangkok on 5 Jun. Thanks to the multiple series of 2-way chartered flight tours, we are the first travel agent awarded from Okinawa Japan. The ceremony gathered 395 wholesale agents from 58 countries and 302 agents from Thailand. The trophy was handed by the Minister of tourism and sports Thailand.

Jumbo Tours will work harder to deepen Thailand and Okinawa relationship and continue to attribute to tourism development between two countries.
