Oct 1, 2013 Jumbo tours was accredited in the JATA Tour Operator Quality Assurance System.

This Quality Assurance System by JATA assesses quality in the tour operator industry hoping to provide travelers from other countries with safe worry-free quality trips to Japan.

The system assess the quality in 3 categories. Corporate governance, service quality and CSR. As of 1st Sep 2015, there are only 45 certified travel agencies in the country and Jumbo Tours is proud to be one of them.
